Meet Me :)

I’ve lived abroad for over a decade, so I understand what it’s like to feel out of place, adapt to new cultures, and navigate the ups and downs of being away from home. Before I became a therapist, I spent years in the corporate world dealing with stress, burnout, and the pressure to meet KPIs, so I know firsthand how overwhelming work can be. These experiences have shaped how I approach therapy - helping you face life’s challenges, find your own path, and live in a way that feels true to who you are.

About my Values

I believe in the power of personal freedom - the freedom to make choices that shape our lives, even in the face of uncertainty. Life can feel overwhelming when we face the unknown, but through therapy, we can learn how to live with uncertainty rather than fearing it. Together, we’ll explore your capacity for growth and change, removing internal barriers that prevent you from living authentically and with greater ease.

Before pursuing my true passion in existential therapy, I spent years in the corporate world after completing my bachelor's degree in psychology. This experience gave me valuable insight into the pressures of workplace stress, burnout, and the relentless demands of KPIs. It also deepened my understanding of how these challenges impact mental well-being. Eventually, I decided to take a leap and follow my true passion - existential psychology. I went back to complete my master’s and found my purpose in helping others through life’s challenges.

As an existential therapist I create a compassionate space where you can explore your feelings, thoughts, and experiences without judgment. I’m not here to advise or give you the answers, because I believe that deep down, you already know why you feel the way you do. Sometimes, though, we all need external support to help us break free from the cycles of endless thinking that keep us stuck. My role is to listen actively and walk alongside you as you find your unique path forward, one that aligns with your own values and inner consent.

The search for meaning is at the heart of what I do. Whether you’re navigating a life transition, experiencing feelings of loss or emptiness, or questioning your purpose, I’m here to support you as you reflect on what gives your life meaning. We’ll examine the choices that have brought you to this point and look for ways to reconnect with your values, your passions, and what feels most true to you.

Having lived abroad for over a decade, I understand firsthand the challenges of adapting to new cultures, the loneliness that can come from being far from home, and the complex emotions of feeling both connected and disconnected from different places. These experiences have shaped my empathy and understanding, particularly for those navigating international life or feeling a sense of displacement. We’ll work on fostering meaningful connections - both with others and with yourself - so that you can feel more grounded no matter where you are.

Existential therapy also invites us to face the bigger questions of life, death, loss, and freedom. When we experience grief, loss, or other significant life changes, these questions can become more pressing. I’m here to provide a safe space where you can process these feelings and explore how they fit into your larger life story. We’ll also focus on being present, engaging with the here and now, and learning how to balance the big existential questions with the day-to-day moments that make life meaningful.

Ultimately, my goal is to support you in living more authentically and freely, without the weight of external expectations. Through our work together, we’ll create a path that feels true to who you are, allowing you to navigate life’s uncertainties with greater peace and self-understanding.
